Non-retroactive Analytics: Data tracking begins exactly when your plan is activated. Previous activity will not be calculated.
Notes Access: If you downgrade to the Free plan, all your created notes will remain saved but will become Read-Only until a paid plan is reactivated.
¹ Collaborative Bubbles: To use this feature, all accounts participating in the bubble must have a plan that includes collaborative access.
² Creative Freedom: Full profile customization (route u/[username]) is available starting from the Essential plan, including the option to remove the Bubblelink footer logo.
Bubble Retention Policy
If you cancel a paid plan, your extra bubbles enter a 1-month Grace Period as Read-Only. After this, they move to Safe Storage and are hidden from your public profile and private dashboard. By default, the bubbles archived are the most recently created ones exceeding your current plan's limit. For Collaborative Bubbles, if your plan expires, you lose access to the bubble, but you remain linked to it; upgrading again restores your access automatically without needing a new invite. If you purchase a single Add-on Bubble to recover content, you must choose which specific archived bubble to reactivate—this selection is permanent and cannot be undone.
Item Retention Policy
If you downgrade to a plan with a lower Items per Bubble limit, your existing extra items enter a 1-month Grace Period. During this time, they remain fully visible. After this period, the surplus items (starting from the most recently added) move to Safe Storage and will be hidden from the bubble until you either upgrade your plan or delete enough items to meet your current plan's capacity.
Notes Management Policy
The ability to edit and create notes beyond the basic limit is exclusive to Essential+ and Premium plans. If you return to the Free Plan, all notes previously created will be kept safe but will transition to Read-Only mode. You will be able to view and copy their content, but editing or creating new notes will require a plan reactivation.
